This is the only Bikram Yoga studio in Boca Raton. We have a world class facility and offer a schedule of 33 classes per week. The Bikram Method of Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 exercise postures designed specifically to enhance strength and stamina, increase flexibility, improve concentration, reduce stress as well as improve muscle tone, breathing and circulation.
Bikram Yoga is known as "Hot Yoga" because it is done in a heated room. This results in a cardiovascular workout with less risk of injury.
